Follow this guide to locate the MAC Address of your Microsoft XBOX One console.

You will need the MAC Address to register the device on your account and connect it to the internet.

We may also ask you to confirm your MAC address when providing technical support.

1. Open the Settings app on your Xbox One

2. Select Network and then Network Settings

3. Select Advanced Settings

4. Select IP Settings to see the MAC addresses of your console.

Two separate MAC addresses are listed for your console.

Refer to the appropriate option for your chosen connection method.

Wired MAC - This is the MAC address for Ethernet (LAN Cable).
Wireless MAC - This is the MAC address for Wireless (Wi-Fi).
