Use these instructions to help you locate the MAC Address of your mobile phone or tablet device on the Google Android operating system. This will help you to identify the devices shown on your account in the Q2 Portal.

These instructions have been based on a Samsung Galaxy S5 on the Android Marshmallow operating system. Similar instructions would apply for other devices eg. Samsung, HTC, Nexus, Huawei, ZTE, Sony and others.

1. Open the Apps menu or launcher

2. Select the Settings app

3. Under the System heading, select About Device

4. Select Status, to show your device information

5. Scroll down to see the Wi-Fi MAC Address
