We may also ask you to confirm the MAC address of your device when providing technical support.
1. Click the Apple icon and select System Preferences
2. Click Network to open network settings.
3. On the left, select Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Then, click the Advanced button.
4. Select the Hardware tab and the MAC Address will be shown (Example 00:1a:2b:3c:d0:0e)
