The following guide provides details on how to find the MAC Address of your PC, Laptop, or Tablet device using Windows 8.1

This will assist you in identifying the devices registered on your account in the Q2 portal. You may also be asked to confirm this information when contacting the support team.

1. Click the network icon in the taskbar. A menu bar will appear

2. At the top of the menu, click View Connection Settings

3. Select Ethernet for a wired device, or select Wi-Fi for a wireless device. This will open a properties screen showing you some details of your connection

4. In the Properties window look for the Physical Address - This is the MAC address of your device
