Billing and Payment Information

How are services are billed and invoices issued?

Plans are for a monthly period paid in advance. Auto-renewal of the plan can be cancelled at any time leading up to the renewal date via the user portal.

Payment for services is able to be made via MasterCard or Visa. Updates to any personal information or preferred credit card can be made via the user portal.

Invoices will be sent to the account holder's preferred email address as a PDF attachment. In the event that you do not receive the receipt email with PDF invoice attached please contact us and we will provide you with a copy for your records.
