How to sign up / register


Signing up is made easy! You can be up and running in no time by following these steps. If you need help, our friendly 24/7 Support Team is available on Chat or Phone call. Let us know if you need help.

For Fibre-to-the-Premise buildings, go to and select a Retail Service Provider available at your address.

Be sure to check with your Building Manager, Building Operator or Student Accommodation Provider for details or a Coupon Code.


Join the Wi-Fi

Connect to your building's assigned WiFi SSID (select the open WiFi) to get started. See reception if you do not know your building's WiFi SSID.


Go to our registration page

Open your web browser directly to our sign-up page:

Choose your address

Enter your Street address and Select your building from the list.
Enter your Unit/Apartment Number and then Check Eligibility to continue.

Enter your Coupon Code and click Apply (No coupon? Select Next)

 * Reception will provide you with a coupon code if you are eligible

Select your plan and Review your selection


If a coupon is applied, the discounted total for that coupon (or $0 amount) will be shown.

Ask our support team for assistance if you have problems with your coupon.


*Note - plans and coupons vary at different locations. The plans/prices shown in this guide may differ from what is available for selection at your location.


Review the monthly cost and read the Critical Information Summary - If you agree, click "Confirm" button to continue.

Entering your Personal details and Payment information

* Skip this step if you are on a $0 plan

Our system only accepts Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards for payment.

* We use your phone number to verify your identity and to communicate information to you about your account. Your phone can also be used to receive a password reset if you need to reset your login.

Verification Code

A text message (SMS) containing a verification code is sent to your phone.



Enter the verification code and select SUBMIT

Confirm your details

Check your details and plan are correct

Check your name, email address, phone number, and billing details are correct. Check the plan you have chosen is correct.

Click "(Edit Product)" if you need to change any of the information entered.

Agree to Terms & Conditions

⚠️Important: Please read the General Terms & Conditions and the Critical Information Summary - You must agree before continuing.

Your service will renew each month automatically until cancelled. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we will automatically charge your credit/debit card each month.

You may cancel this automatic renewal at any time through the Q2 Portal, or by contacting us.

Confirm and continue


Check the confirmation boxes and select PURCHASE
