How to generate a WLAN Report

To generate a WiFi report, please see the instructions below:

• Firstly, click on the Windows button then search for "command prompt".
• An application with a black box named "command prompt" should appear. Open that up.
• You should now see a black box. From there, enter the following command:
• netsh wlan show wlanreport

**This will generate a folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WlanReport\ this can be sent to us in zip format*

If you cannot attach the zip file to your email reply, please upload it to a cloud storage service such as Google Drive or OneDrive and share the URL.
