WIFI Scan on MacBook

Follow the below instructions to run a WiFi Scan from your Macbook. Please ensure that your Macbook is at the usual location where you normally connect to the WiFi.

1. Hold the Option key while you click the Wi-Fi menu

2. Then select Open Wireless Diagnostics. 


3. At the very top of the menu bar, click on Window > Scan. A new window should appear like below:


4. Click on Scan Now

5. Afterwards, back on the menu bar, select Edit > Copy and paste the results into your reply.
