Diagnostics provides us with information about your network adapter, the wireless environment, and your connection speed. This data better enables us to investigate your issue and assists in providing support. Follow these instructions to generate network diagnostics on your Windows device.

How to run Network Diagnostics

1. Firstly, please disconnect from the WiFi and then reconnect to it.
2. Next, click on the Windows Button then search for "Command Prompt". Open up the application by double clicking the result returned for 'Command Prompt'.
3. You should now see a black box. From there, please enter the following commands:
   
   

   (Hint: Please don't forget to screenshot the results for each command.)

   • ping -n 30 8.8.8.8
   • tracert 8.8.8.8
   • ipconfig /all
   • getmac -v
   • netsh wlan show interfaces
   • netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid
   • netsh wlan show driver
   • arp -a
