1. Open the Settings application on your device.

2. Scroll down to the bottom and select System

3. Select Advanced to view additional options

5. Select Reset wi-fi, mobile and Bluetooth

After your phone restarts, please reconnect to the Wi-Fi using your username and password.

If you are unable to connect to the encrypted network, you may connect your device to the open network.
