Getting Started with Managed Wi-Fi

Overview

We want your stay at our Managed Wi-Fi locations to be just like home and to get you started, this guide is how we recommend you connect to the Wi-Fi to make the experience as smooth as possible! Unlike the standard home Wi-Fi, we use individual user accounts. This ensures security and privacy secure within a shared building.

We provide two SSID options, allowing you to choose the best experience based on your device’s capabilities. Speak to your site staff or the support team for SSID network is best for you.

Getting Started

  1. First up, follow this guide: Changing your Private MAC Settings for Managed Wi-Fi before connecting.

  2. Connect to your preferred Wi-Fi network

  3. Your Wi-Fi portal page will automatically pop up.
    Note: Some devices may not automatically display the Wi-Fi portal page. Refer to our Wi-Fi portal troubleshooting guide if you get stuck on this step. 

  4. Enter your email (or username) and password to log in
    Your site team will be able to assist in providing this to you.

  5. Register your devices (including any non-browser devices)
