Wholesale Fibre-to-the-Premise Buildings

For Fibre-to-the-Premise enabled buildings, contact a Retail Service Provider on the Superloop wholesale network to select a plan or service. Go to https://select.vostro.cloud and enter your address to find out the available Retail Service Providers servicing your address. Your Retail Service Provider will assist with the connection and support of the service you select.

Managed Wi-Fi Buildings

For WiFi-enabled buildings, contact your Building Manager, Building Operator or Student Accommodation Provider to find out more information about the connection and how best to register. Supeloop has an extensive network throughout Australia and New Zealand. We have deployed out extensive coverage of wireless and where possible a wired ethernet network offering.

The Wireless is available at all Wi-Fi-enabled buildings and has been built on Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6 Access Points. The service is based on a whole of building (or campus) wireless mesh technology with each of your devices needing to be registered against your account.

Wired connections are available at some of our enabled buildings where an active ethernet plug is available via the in-room Wi-Fi Wall Mounted Access Point. A wired connection option may be unavailable where in-room wireless access points are not used as the WiFi mesh technology.
