How to generate a WLAN Report

To generate a Wi-Fi report, please see the instructions below:

• Firstly, click on the Windows button then search for "Command Prompt".
• An application with a black box named "Command Prompt" should appear. Open that up.
• You should now see a black box. From there, enter the following command:
  
  netsh wlan show wlanreport

**This will generate a folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WlanReport\ which can be sent to us in zip format*
