Removing saved networks - Windows 10

Refresh the network list and improve wireless connectivity on the current wireless network

Overview

The following guide provides instructions on how to remove saved wireless network profiles from your device.

1. Click the Wi-Fi or Network icon in your taskbar and select Network Settings.

This will open the Network & Internet Settings screen shown below.

 

2. Select Wi-Fi and then Manage Known Networks

3. A list of your saved networks will be shown

 
 

4. Select Superloop provided WiFi SSID and click the Forget button.

Do the same for other Superloop WiFi provided SSID's and any other networks you are not currently using.

 

Reconnect your device to the Wi-Fi network and log in to the portal to authenticate your device.
